Ambit Global Solution provides healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and related services to US providers and organizations, including medical billing and coding, end-to-end RCM, provider credentialing and enrollment, prior authorization, claim appeals and arbitration support, billing audits and reviews, appointment scheduling and patient collections, and specialty-focused billing (such as behavioral health and other clinical specialties).

We have operated since 2012 and serve clients across multiple US states. Website content describing metrics (for example, claims volume, clean-claim rates, or coverage footprint) is informational and may be updated over time; it is not a guarantee of results for any specific engagement.

The site is intended for healthcare professionals, practice administrators, and organizations evaluating or engaging Ambit’s services. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt or impair the site or other users.

Descriptions of services, specialties, IT offerings, case studies, blogs, and testimonials on this website are for general information. They do not constitute an offer, a promise of specific reimbursement outcomes, or medical, coding, or legal advice for your particular situation.

Actual services, SLAs, pricing, reporting, integrations, and responsibilities are defined only in a signed service agreement (and BAA, where required). We may decline or end discussions at our discretion.

Client relationships typically begin with a consultation or revenue cycle assessment, followed by a written agreement covering scope of work, fees, term, termination, confidentiality, and compliance obligations.

Where Ambit acts as a business associate under HIPAA, a Business Associate Agreement will be executed as required. Operational PHI handling is governed by that BAA and the service agreement — not by marketing copy on this website.

Contract length and commercial terms are tailored per engagement. Marketing statements about flexible terms describe our general approach and do not override signed contracts.

Free consultations or assessments offered on the site are informational. They do not create a client relationship, fiduciary duty, or obligation to purchase services. Any recommendations are preliminary until confirmed in writing after adequate review of your practice data under appropriate agreements.

By submitting our contact form or providing a telephone number, you consent to be contacted by Ambit regarding your inquiry by phone, email, and — if SMS is used for that conversation — text message. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, layout, and software — is owned by Ambit or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download materials for personal, non-commercial evaluation of our services.

Our total liability arising out of website use under these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law. This section does not limit liability under a signed client service agreement, which controls for paid engagements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambit and its team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with site use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction apply. Courts located in Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use under these Terms, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Ambit regarding website use and supersede prior online terms for that purpose. They do not supersede a signed service agreement or BAA for client services.
